After placing an order, the amount will be usually immediately debited from your account and you will receive an order confirmation.

My payment is unsuccessful. What do I do?

In such case kindly try to empty your shopping cart and delete your cookies (you can easily find the instructions on search engines such as Google). Where can I find my invoice?

You will receive the invoice digitally. After placing the order you will receive an order confirmation with all details and once the parcel is on its way you will receive an e-mail with your track and trace code along with the digital invoice. No invoice will be put inside the parcel so feel free to gift and surprise you dearest.
